ADVANCED ORTHOPAEDICS PFS NIGHT SPLINT The PFS Night Splint by Advanced Orthopaedics is designed to treat plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis and heel discomfort by applying consistent stretch to the plantar fascia, holding the foot in gentle dorsiflexion as the wearer sleeps. This plantar fasciitis posterior night splint is designed to be comfortable for the wearer, so as not to interfere with sleep. A foam wedge is included for applying additional stretch on the plantar fascia as needed. This plantar fasciitis night splint fits either foot.
