It can be used as a pre-sport warm-up, after exercise, or to soothe sore muscles and joints. Tiger Balm Active Muscle Gel is formulated with topical analgesics including methyl salicylate 16% and menthol 8%. For adults and children over 12 years of age, rub well on the affected area. Repeat 3–4 times daily. This product is for external use only. It should only be used as directed. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply to wounds or damaged, irritated skin.
